HAWEMAT PRÄZISAGranit
The latest development Hawema PRÄZISAGranit was introduced during the GrindTec 2006 in Augsburg. This five axes tool and cutter grinder was developed for high precision tools in the small and micro range of cutting tools, as well as special grinding applications. The complete machine base and frame consists of a closed granite body. The patented axes kinematics is integrated having the axes guides also made of granite. Using this real unique design of granite (allowing no respectively really smallest movements only due to heat influence) a five axes tool and cutter grinder was established guaranteeing highest precision in the range of all mechanical elements and the machine body.



Loading systems
Also during the Grindtec new external loading system were introduced, as e.g. the loader LS-122 enabling "chaotic" loading of tools, blanks or other components and the loader LSP 7 having a disc magazine. Up to 300 tools can be handled dependent on tool diameter.
